Xagħra bomb shelter rediscovered for few days.

I had the chance to take this photo during the renewing of the Xagħra main square pavement.

It’s very close to the Oleander restaurant.

I was told that this underground cave was in use during World War II as an air-raid shelter.

Xagħra underground cave used as bomb shelter.

Unfortunately I was not able to collect more info.
